ONE Restaurant is seeking a part time Room Service Attendant. Nights and weekends required.
Must have experience in a Luxury Hotels and be familiar with Forbes Standards.

A viable candidate will fulfil the below requirements:

  • Deep knowledge of spirits, wine and beer.
  • Ability to create fantastic new craft cocktails to be featured on our menu
  • Knowledgeable and comfortable pairing cocktails, beer and wine with food
  • Passion for hospitality – always looking for ways to engage and delight our guests – showing genuine interest in building a rapport will regular guests
  • Provide drinks to the service bar, while providing seamless service the Bar & lounge.
  • Runs a tight ship: Bar is clean, stocked, and sparkling at all times
  • Understands how to manage down time: Clean, stock, polish, and then clean some more!
  • Manage the cash handling
  • Food knowledge
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
